CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT

1. SAMPLES

Sample will be provided if required without cost. Shipping charge will be for receiver

or you can give us your courier account like Fedex, DHL, TNT... All samples are

selected from the latest crop and refered to commodities would be shipped.

2. PRICE OFFER

Our regularly used terms are FOB, C&F, or CIF from HOCHIMINH PORT, HAI PHONG 

PORT. Please provide us your nearest sea port so that we can quote you for our 

competative price with transportation cost.

3. PAYMENT

Currency: US Dollars

Method of payment to be arranged by mutual agreement from the following options:

Preferable:

+ TT 100% in advance, TT 30% deposit / 70% after receiving fax / copy of Bill.

+ L/C at sight 100%

Acceptable:

+ D/P (Document against Payment) at sight

+ C.A.D (Cash Against Document)

- Certificate of Phytosanitary issued by The Plant Protection Department or as per 

requested.

- Certificate of Health is issued by Authorized Authority or as per requested

- Certificate of Fumigation is issued by Viet Nam Fumigation Company or as per 

requested.

7. QUANTITY

8. INSPECTION AGENCIES

- Vina Control, IIC Control are inspected by VietNam.

- SGS, Bureau Vertitas are inspected by oversea services in VietNam ( Will negotiate 

the paid expense later ).

9. PROBLEM

If any problem like damage, shortage or bad quality happen, please notify us via fax 

or email immediately within 7 days of shipment arrival, and give us your photo of the 

damange.
