1.       Fresh Small Red Chilli/Red Pepper

2.       Fresh Big(Long) Red Chilli






a)      Specification:
-          Type: Grade A with/without stem
-          Color: Natural red (mature)
-          Size: 13-15cm
-          Tasty: Rich aroma, strong flavor and hot spicy
-          Storage Temperature: +5 Deg. Cel. (with Stem),  -18 Deg. Cel. (without Stem)

3.       Capsicum

a)      Specification:
-          Type: Grade A with/without stem
-          Color: Natural Green, Yellow, Red
-          Shape: Round & short
-          Tasty: Rich aroma, sweet&slightly spicy
-          Storage Temperature: +5 Deg. Cel. (with Stem),  -18 Deg. Cel. (without Stem)

4)      Dried Small Red Chili/Red Pepper


Dried by the Sunlight or by the Hot Air Dryer at 75-78 Deg. Cel.within one hour, then, reduced and remained at 62-65 Deg. Cel.until the Chili are completely dried. When the Chilimoisture is 16%, the drying process is ended.
a)      Specification:
-          Type: Grade A without stem
-          Color: Natural dark red
-          Size: 3-6cm (after dried)
-          Tasty: Rich aroma, strong flavor and VERY hot spicy
b)      Packing: 25kgs/PP bag, 2-4kgs/carton box (PE inside)
-          Quantity: 7MTS/cont 20feet,  15MTS/cont 40feet

5)      Small Red Chili Powder (Red Pepper)

Dried by the Sunlight or by the Hot Air Dryer at 75-78 Deg. Cel.within one hour, then, reduced and remained at 62-65 Deg. Cel. until the Chili are completely dried. When the Chili moisture is 9%, the drying process is ended. Then, the dried chili is milled to powder.

-          Tasty: Rich aroma, strong flavor and VERY hot spicy
-          Moisture: 9% max
-          Impurity: 0.5% max
-          No fungus

6)      CANNED PICKLED CHILLI
