by the Sunlight or by the Hot Air Dryer at 75-78 Deg. Cel.within one hour, then,
reduced and remained at 62-65 Deg. Cel.until the Chili are completely dried. When
the Chilimoisture is 16%, the drying process is ended.

dried. When the Chili moisture is 9%, the drying process is ended. Then, the
dried chili is milled to powder.
